LOGIKA Corporation is currently a privately held organization. Initial funding has been provided by its principal owners and operators, followed by a Private Placement round with angel investors.
On June 1st of 2001, LOGIKA acquired the assets of Galaxy.com, LLC, adding a rich history and traditon to the technology portfolio, via Galaxy's recognized status as the Internet's original searchable directory.
